We are still unable to figure out the beginning of human kind and the entire universe even after such an advancement of technology.
We have many theories which says about no beginning and no end which infact is giving some lime light to this whole quest of searching the beginning. What is reality? Even if we will discover the beginning of human kind and the entire universe still the question will remain is that REAL whatever we have discovered? Is that reality?
When we dream do we know from where it began? Do we remember its very beginning point from where the dream began? If yes then we will be able to figure out the exact beginning of this world, human kind and entire cosmos. If no then from here we need to really go deep and reflect within that while dreaming and after we wake up from dream, if we are unable to catch its beginning then isn’t this entire waking up act, is also part of inception the next layer of dream which seems to be REAL, accurate and concrete and yet we are going round and round in searching its beginning and sources.
The conscious state of our being, the sleeping state of our being and the dreaming state of our being all these three states seems REAL. Yet when we wake up from dream the reality changes. In dream we were different and then we woke up we were different. So the question arises what is REAL? Dream or Waking from dream?
The beautiful aspect of dreaming is that we are able to see everything in dream including the whole material world exactly the way we are able to see and feel in conscious state. How come? If we are able to experience just same things even during dream the way we experience during walking state of our being then it is indeed time to be alert and be aware and ask our own self what is this going on?
Another aspect if we touch then it will be more clear. We have a faulty called visualisation/imagination. We can visual and imagine anything and everything in the exact way we see things in REAL life with both either open eyes or closed eyes. What is it then?
In imagination we can feel everything that we feel exactly the way we are actually feeling in day to day living. We can experience same things, our eyes can see things, nose can smell, tongue can taste, ears can listen, skin can feel everything, the way we do it in our awake state even it also happens during our visualisation or imagination process.
Here is small experiment. Close your eyes and imagine or visual you holding a lemon in your hand and smell it are you able to smell it in your imagination? If no that means still your imagination or visualisation is not up the mark, you need more practice of imagination. Then cut the lemon into two pieces and squeeze it in your mouth just visualise or imagine it. Is you mouth watery? If yes the it indicates that you have acquired good visualisation or imagination technique and this very act of imagination itself is your proof that even without actual lemon your mouth got watery so what is reality then? Is your imagination a reality that you literally experienced squeezing a lemon in your mouth and your mouth got watery?
From here we can understand both dreaming and/or visualisation/imagination we call it UNREAL yet we feel it exact as REAL the way we experience it in REAL life.
Then the question arise what is real REAL? What is this REALITY? What is TRUTH?
The answer to the question lies in the question itself. Here are few steps that will lead you to discover this answer:
- To know the answer start working on observing yourself.
- When you wake up first thing recall all the dreams that you have gone through and see what happens are you able to recall all the dreams? Then try to reach to the starting point from where the dream has started, what was the very beginning of the dream and how it began.
- Experiment it for few day and see what happens. See where do you reach in your own search for reality and truth.
- The second thing you can be aware of the point from where you entered into sleep and lost your conscious state.
- Find out the very first stage of your sleep, the entrance of your sleep, find out when you enter into sleep and this entrance gate once you will find then you will be able to catch hold of the entrance of your dream state also.
Experiment yourself and know what is the unreality of reality.
