How to experience meditation? Human beings wants to experience everything with all the 5 outer senses (responsible for action) and all the 5 inner sense (responsible for knowing). These senses are active for 24 hours x 365 days. These senses are limited in nature. All which is there in universe cannot be absorbed, grasped, understood, felt, seen, tasted, touched, smelt by these limited senses. Therefore we have to stop all the senses.
