Meditation is beyond experience


How to experience meditation? Human beings wants to experience everything with all the 5 outer senses (responsible for action) and all the 5 inner sense (responsible for knowing). These senses are active for 24 hours x 365 days. These senses are limited in nature. All which is there in universe cannot be absorbed, grasped, understood, felt, seen, tasted, touched, smelt by these limited senses.



Therefore we have to stop all the senses. Stopping all the senses is meditation. Meditation is not about experiencing something or the other. Meditation is all about moving beyond all the senses. The moment we move beyond all the sense experiences we will be able to know that which is unknown to us since millions of years. All science wants to know that and yet it is out of the reach of the science. Only meditation can help us in reaching to that which is responsible for our life. Only meditation can help us to know our source. Only meditation can help us to find out the mysteries of life and death.



With the help of the outer and inner senses we are able to know this outer world and to an extent we have known nature and to some micro fractions we have known universe. But with meditation everything will be known. There will be no need of any machine to detect and analysis life. There will be no need of any equipment to understand the power of electricity or gravity.



Meditation can happen when all these outer and inner sense are stopped. So the wisdom lies in searching the answers by shutting down the senses. All answers are available to us but are we ready to receive it? Our whole life is busy either in acquiring or possessing or ego boosting or saving or competing or earning and what not. With this busy schedule we do ask questions and most of the time the questions are unanswered. Even at the death bed the same questions are lingering.



To get the answers you have to move beyond all the senses you have to leave the greed of experiencing. We all want to experience something or the other thats the greed its not at a need. Human mind is trained from the childhood for such greed. That is the reason the moment we see a child sitting idle we shout break his/her solitude. We want the child to do some or the other thing rather than doing nothing.



Meditation is doing nothing. Most children are natural in doing nothing. But we train them to do something and a day comes when they are hyper anxious and we have a series of labels for this younger generation.



So lets move beyond the experience. Let's meditate!

The unreality of reality

We are still unable to figure out the beginning of human kind and the entire universe even after such an advancement of technology.  We have many theories which says about no beginning and no end which infact is giving some lime light to this whole quest of searching the beginning. What is reality? Even if we will discover the beginning of human kind and the entire universe still the question will remain is that REAL whatever we have discovered? Is that reality?  When we dream do we know from where it began? Do we remember its very beginning point from where the dream began?
