Sometimes… Sometimes thee reveals thy flow In creative gestures Sometimes thee unveils thy glow In wondrous adventures Sometimes thee blooms thy light With bountiful pride Sometimes thee merges thy sight With hidden glide Sometimes mountainous are thou ways Leading from untruth to truth Sometimes oceanic are thou waves Sharing delightful nectar brood Sometimes thee is covered beneath sky To veil mystery of life Sometimes thee is open to fly For the faith to survive Sometimes thee walks thy deity To create path of peace Sometimes thee stops thy breath In praise of silence Sometimes… Time: 11:15pm (mumbai) inspired to Manavji Sahaj

Meditation: Freedom from addiction of alcohol, drugs and smoking

Many people at the age of 60, 70 realizes that they are addicted to alcohol, drugs or smoking. They come forward and say with much pride as well as with a hidden guilt that, “Oh, I have tried so many things but this addiction is not going what to do? Is there any way I can get rid from this addiction?” The simple answer to this question is that there is no willingness from within to get rid from this addiction. If there would be any willingness then you would never ask such question in life time. We must understand that any addiction is pointing at two directions one is leading towards creativity and other route is leading towards past memories. When you are turned towards creativity you will create a something brilliant which the world has never seen before. When you are turned towards past memories you are down trodden with all the rage, ego, greed, pain, suffering, sadness, depression, guilt, anger, frustration, revenge and negative thinking. Spiritually there is nothing good or...

Meditation: From becoming to being

Darwin’s Theory the survival of the fittest is welcoming all those who want to become something. This theory is leading to a race where there is cut throat competition and everyone is your enemy including your family members too. If you want to become something then follow the most profound law the survival of the fittest. If you will follow this law no one can stop you from becoming something in life. This is a race and you have to win. When you win you become winner and when you lose you become loser. So you have to choose what you want to become. To become something requires lot of struggle and hard work. When you become something in life you are at the peak of achievement. When you achieve something you want more and the race goes on and on. Sometimes you have to race with time also as you have it but with limited hours, only 24 hours. There is no security no guarantee from life so you need to have life insurance. So to become somebody is not an easy task at all. This path welcomes...

Meditation is beyond experience

How to experience meditation? Human beings wants to experience everything with all the 5 outer senses (responsible for action) and all the 5 inner sense (responsible for knowing). These senses are active for 24 hours x 365 days. These senses are limited in nature. All which is there in universe cannot be absorbed, grasped, understood, felt, seen, tasted, touched, smelt by these limited senses. Therefore we have to stop all the senses. Stopping all the senses is meditation. Meditation is not about experiencing something or the other. Meditation is all about moving beyond all the senses. The moment we move beyond all the sense experiences we will be able to know that which is unknown to us since millions of years. All science wants to know that and yet it is out of the reach of the science. Only meditation can help us in reaching to that which is responsible for our life. Only meditation can help us to know our source. Only meditation can help us to find out the mysteries of life an...

Meditation is a technique or method or a training course?

The question implies a subtle sarcasm. Human mind is trained to be sarcastic right from childhood. Nevertheless looking at the seriousness of the question let us explore it. Is meditation a technique or a method or it requires training to learn? The day we came out of the womb of our mother our first act was inhale. From where did we get this training to inhale and exhale? Who taught us how to inhale and exhale? Which school, college and university provided us certificate to inhale and exhale that we are now masters in inhale and exhale so now we can do it perfectly? If you observer a smile on your face after reading this then you know the answer very well. And if you are angry or upset then you are far away from the answer. If it is said that meditation is not a technique or method or a training course then the next question will be they why so many meditation classes and gurus are there around the world? Then what is the use of Transidatial meditation, zen meditation and the list...

Can everyone meditate? Is it possible to do meditation for someone who is really busy entire day? Can a person who has family do meditation? Is it possible to meditate for a school going student? Can old people do meditation? Can a seek person do meditation? Is it possible to do meditation if we are totally tired and full of stress? The real question is who can meditate? The answer to all above question is YES! Nevertheless let one should understand the core meaning of meditation and why one should meditate. Also one should be aware of the benefits of meditation. Plus one should have 100% faith in meditation. Most of the people are initially inspired by few talks and introduce meditation to their daily living. They make meditation a part of their life style but for few days and then slowly meditation becomes something alien. The simple reason is that when we meditate nothing happens actually. We don’t feel any chemical reactions in our body. When we eat some pill we do feel someth...
