Self healing practice

Our body is made of chemicals. Our body has an automatic system to create all the chemicals which are necessary for us. Yet there are many chemicals which creates dis-harmony in our body which we call as dis-ease. When the easeness of our body is disturbed we feel dis-ease. To realign this easeness we can need those chemicals which creates harmony in the body.
We have thoughts and with thoughts emotions are evoked. Emotions creates electromagnetic wave and this electromagnetic wave hits the center of our brain called hypothalamus. Our hypothalamus is responsible to create all the chemicals in our body. Hypothalamus is chemical making factory. When any emotion (converted into electromagnetic wave) hits this hypothalamus it creates new chemical. If you have emotion of fear then fear chemical is created and secreted in entire body within fractions of second.
So if you have emotions like peace, love, bliss, enthusiasm such emotions creates chemicals that bring harmony in the body and if you have emotions like fear, anger, irritation, insecurity etc. then this creates dis-harmony in a way dis-ease in the body. So the key is to change your emotion through out the day and be healthy forever.

Keep yourself into 1st to 7th emotions. So keep a check on yourself which emotion is triggered    throughout the day and convert all negative emotion

The unreality of reality

We are still unable to figure out the beginning of human kind and the entire universe even after such an advancement of technology.  We have many theories which says about no beginning and no end which infact is giving some lime light to this whole quest of searching the beginning. What is reality? Even if we will discover the beginning of human kind and the entire universe still the question will remain is that REAL whatever we have discovered? Is that reality?  When we dream do we know from where it began? Do we remember its very beginning point from where the dream began?
