I received many complements from people who have read The Secret Revisited. With complements I also received questions which was obvious and I was very much ready for it.
“How do we constantly keep thinking and feeling positive?”
Think and feel positive constantly simple why so much complication hahahaha:).
Well apart from jokes here are some points to be noted:
- Thoughts are exactly like seeds.
- Feelings are exactly like earth/water/sunlight
- If you put a seed in plastic jar will it grow? Obviously no. So when you have a thought which you don’t entertain with feeling it will not GROW it will GO.
- So anytime if negative thought comes let it GO rather then GROW by adding NO feelings.
- Suppose a negative thought comes and negative feelings just churned up resulting in growing your thought then follow the below process.
- Sit down. Close your eyes. Be aware of your entire body from top to bottom. Come back to your breath. Take 15 deep, long and slow breaths and then in your mind recite the below given MindTraS (Mind Transformation Sentences).
- “I always think and feel positive, I always entertain positive thoughts and feelings, I always speak positively with positive feelings.”
- Repeat the above MindTraS (Mind Transformation Sentences ) atleast 108 times.
- Now wash your face with cool water and drink a glass of water. By the time you will finish drinking water your negative thought will be subsided.

Follow this process for next 3 months to cultivate the habit of thinking and feeling positive. It takes 21 days to change a psychological habit but mostly a psychological habits si not transformed into physiology therefore many a time even after 21days of practice gives negative result.
The reason is that habit has not become part of your physiology so its not purely physical. Hence to create a psychophysiological habit it takes around 90 days.
For example take cycling skill if you practice cycling for 90 days it will be part of your psychophysiology and this skill will remain with you for long time. In the similar way car driving, swimming etc all these skills remain with us lifelong because they have become psychophysiological habit that is every cell of body knows it.
Therefore it is shared that you practice the above process for 90 days that is 3 months and you will create miracles in your life.
Here are few other tips to keep your mind full of positive thoughts:
- Selective television less news or no news watching if possible daily 45mins or less before 2 hours of your sleeping time.
- Selective newspapers and magazines reading. If you avoid it then its best. If you want to read then avoid reading in morning. 10am upto 2pm is appropriate time for reading newspapers or magazines.
- Read inspirational books related with positive thoughts and feelings.
- Meet one or two positive thinking and feeling people everyday.
- Every one hour read one positive thought either from a book or internet.
- Wake up with a smile on face and greet everyone with enthusiasm.
- One hour before sleep do simple activities like spending time with family, playing indoor games, reading positive book or article, sharing positive stories with family, painting, listening to light music, writing your diary etc.
- Make sure while you are eating either keep silence or less talk and light talk, avoid TV or reading just focus on eating with positive feelings. Share gratitude to the maker of the food and creator of food.
- Give atleast 3 appreciation to your family members, friends, co-workers, yourself and nature.
- Atleast 5 times a day go infront of mirror, look into your eyes and say I love you to yourself with great feelings.
